Practicing Karma as Social Necessity (Karma Practice)

Inner Schooling to develop Social Faculties

Nine sessions enable an inner schooling for those who work and live with others, in order to:

  • Learn to SEE the essence of one’s own individuality and social reality

  • Discover and use one’s own creative POTENTIAL

  • Bring impulses for the future into the WORLD

To develop these abilities different methods, processes and exercises are offered. The result of this schooling may be applied directly in many professional areas, even within the personal day-to-day life of each individual.

Preference will be given to those who are or plan to be active in adult education or in pedagogical, social, therapeutic or healing professions.

Structure

Karma work is central to this schooling. However, this is not about learning to find out who one might have been in a previous incarnation, but about discovering one’s task in this life through the Karmic schooling path. Starting point is always one’s own, individual everyday life. The schooling aim is to activate one’s own life energy. This opens and accelerates individual processes and generates new life forces.

These life forces become available for us to transform the old and realize our deeper intentions.

The course is an integrated totality; however it is possible to participate in individual sessions. Between the schooling sessions tasks are set in order to individualise what has been learnt.

Weeks and Themes

Week I: 1st– 5th February 2008

Foundations of practical karma work – first steps in Destiny Learning.

During this week we start from a personal event and try to understand it from a Karma perspective.

This week is also the beginning for the schooling and will give an insight into the character and format of the work.

Week II: 28th February – 2nd March 2008

New Learning as preparation for social competence and individual creativity.

Foundations for a learning that is carried by life forces, as preparation for karma work. The aim is to become more active and creative in social life. Important areas of new learning are presented and experienced as well as discussed in their etheric foundations.

Week III: 3rd – 6th April 2008

‘Presence’ in the open space for the encounter between human being and world.

A pre-condition for social life and karma work is to be able to really meet each other. In exercises we try to delve into deeper levels of encounter in order to discover and unlock the secret of this mystery.

Week IV: 1st – 4th May 2008

Resistances become a potential for development – healing through transformation – spiritual “composting”.

Self-development is about resistances and obstacles. They can often be the signposts for the future if one learns to read them correctly and learns how to deal with them. In this session we practice handling different types of resistances.

Week V: 4th – 7th September 2008

Acquiring new faculties for creativity out of the Karmic origin of resistances.

Through exercises we learn to deal with Karmic recognition so that we transform the past and discover and further develop our individual tasks.

(karma Looping exercise I)

Week VI: 2nd – 5th October 2008

The Parzival-Question as a healing source for relationships.

In this session we try to Karmically understand and transform problems in our relationships so that the life forces can be set free again to nourish our relationship network. We are building on a network for the future.

(karma Looping exercise II)

Week VII: 30th October – 2nd November 2008

The secret of the helping encounter between human beings – the Karmic conversation.

We will learn to lead Karmic conversations with others.

What has been learnt previously is now being practiced and can be applied in everyday life as well as professional life.

Week VIII: 27th – 30th November 2008

Spiritual Research – our concern for a meaningful future.

How do you develop from being  a learner to becoming a researcher? How can you set yourself free from what has been learnt in order to develop it further? How can you delve deeper into the spiritual background of things? What has science to do with morality?  Out of such questions a research process can begin.

Week IX: 8th – 11th January 2009

Initiative and Creativity – Integration into the Karmic network.

Taking on an initiative brings what has been learnt and researched into practice. That is the aim of the training. But how does it work? What is my initiative? How can I become creatively active in my surroundings?

(karma Looping exercise III)
