Become a Colleague?

NALM is building on the foundation of a network of people who have a similar spiritual intention, as a professional group of ‘NALM Colleagues’ who recognize and acknowledge one another.
The NALM as impulse in adult learning is applied in many fields of work and therefore people may connect to the NALM Colleagues group for various reasons.  This is an individual decision. The network is not a connection of groups or institutions, though a form of ‘association with’ or ‘linking’ is also possible.
The intention of NALM Colleagues is for people who are serious in taking on the NALM impulse, to share in responsibility for its development, its quality, its visibility, its presence. .  Being a ’Colleague’ therefore means to be known and recognized by others as a colleague, and to be willing to share in caring for the totality of the NALM impulse. It will work when colleagues cooperate, communicate, and work together. It is both an inner and an outer question. 
Every spiritual initiative comes from two sides:  the individual will and the recognition by others.  This principle we work with in building connections among the NALM Colleagues. We seek a living organism that can grow, that is inclusive not exclusive, and engages the independent free human spirit.
