FOR FACILITATORS OF DESTINY LEARNING
Dear Destiny Learner, We had a meeting at 24 and 25 November 2007 where we discussed and decided about the qualification of destiny learning. The task of the meeting is to find important criteria and a good process for how to recognize and certify NALM destiny learning facilitators. Who do we ‘certify’? Who certifies whom? It is a difficult question but necessary for quality assurance and for a professional representing of NALM in the karma work. Only active people in destiny learning will be invited. We will try to acknowledge each other as the start of the certification process. Therefore we first will have to find and to recognise how to do it in a right way. The aim is to build a basic group of ‘certified’ people who are reliable and who can train and guide new facilitators. In this way the quality of what we offer stays assured. Another aim is to build a group of people as colleagues that carry each other. In working together we build the spiritual substance of a new destiny network. In the mean time we will try to look for different developments within the destiny learning. People that followed courses in the last year mentioned the differences in how it is given are tremendous. That is a good thing. We could use our differences to widen each others view. The more we individualize and find our own ways, the more we need one another. If you were not at this meeting and you want to be part of the qualified group, we ask that you contact one of the core group members so that we may find other ways to include you in this new process.
