A summery of the Destiny Learning weekend concerning the Qualification


 

I made a summary in the form of 3 questions. These were the 3 main questions for the weekend.

We have no ready answers here but a mirroring of the mood from the weekend.

 

At the end you find a short conclusion.

 

Is qualification (certification, recognition) needed? Under what conditions?

 

 

It would be better to speak about a process of recognition

-         this includes loyalty

-         people have to see each other for it

-         it is a knowing each other from two sides and also a following each other

 

What is the deeper meaning of recognition?

-         one has to recognise competence

-         one has to recognise the own strengths, the own special fields and the own weaknesses

-         people have to stay in contact, there is an ongoing process

-         sometimes we have to cope with over and under estimation

 

Recognition can also be seen as ‘a will of intent’. One has wanting to share and to develop further.

 

Quality development (Allen felt the word “certification“ as to harsh) happens during  encounter.

 

It should be done in trust, in openness for the others (recognition) and support, not in anxiety, protection, control in the old way.

 

The destiny learning process has the same relevance for both tutor and participant. The condition for success is the creation of a social network based on respect and trust and aiming for individualisation and development.

Development lies at the heart of Destiny Learning. As those responsible for a group we have to develop the ability to question and to encounter others in truth and openness. As those principally responsible we are imbued with the reality of destiny in the other. The highest level of attention and dedication, truth and unbiased openness are the tools of our trade.

This is always based on trust, trust in particular in the working of the forces of the higher beings.

 

Honesty is a basic need for a fruitful feedback by getting the chance to develop new faculties

Moral techniques, destiny learning is not a method or technique, but is an inner moral attitude.

 

Are we ready to be part of it, to take on responsibility and to bring out into the world.

We are preparing the new community. We work with the destiny of NALM.

Phenomena: Self selection.

 

Self assessment and self development path, being aware of working with the spiritual world. We must be aware that competence and qualification is coming from the spiritual level and not from the soul level.

 

It is not a certification – it is a contract. Then we go back to the contract with the spiritual world.

 

Based on self assessment. One can over- or underestimate him/her self.

 

Life is certifying you!!!!!!!

 

What does a qualified DL worker need? (additional to a paper we already had)

 

 

·        A basic training, with all aspects of observation, judgement, encounter, the complete process of destiny learning, the day and night learning, …. is a pre condition. People should be trained in a group and not by one person. We have to avoid to become one sided. If we work alone too often or we start to early, we can develop bad habits.

·        We need quality.

·        It takes time to learn to understand the process. It was said that you need at least 10 times of co working to understand the process. Not everybody can do the work. That is realistic. One can do damage in some cases.

·        Destiny Learning is more than Biography work. It goes much deeper and needs a different training.

·        You have to know how to guide the participants in guiding the process and develop tact.

·        When is the participant ready to do the process. This is not therapy. They have to be in balance.

·        Trust the process

·        Knowing how to work with time and rhythm.

·        Maximum of people for one facilitator , 5.

·        It is better to work as a pair.

·        It is good to do something to protect the process like tuning in, a meditation, a verse, …

·        Where do pictures come from? They can appear out of the observed or they can be obtained out of remnants of old clairvoyance. One has to be able to see the difference.

·        Spiritual awareness

·        The question came if commitment to anthroposophy is needed. In any case it is needed to recognise the spiritual backgrounds of this work. That’s the base of the work. Also the recognition of the Christ principle.

 

·        People have to be ready inwardly. Old elements and doubles one was not aware of, can pop up. One has to be ready to cope with these. Confidence is also necessary.

·        How do you know one is ready to guide the process:

o       use observers in your group

o       feel it yourself

o       there should be no pushing, the heart is leading

 

 

How to proceed in a qualification process?

 

 

General Ideas and questions

 

·        How do we recognise the work of those who had their training prior to Engen? How can they be included in the process?

·        How to build substance? How to gather research results?

·        Finding the will intention behind the colleagues.

·        Let yourself be heard. Say what you have to say and what you want in this process. Pass on your information. We have a website!

·        How does a regional group find ways for quality development?

·        Openness for other methods of destiny learning.

 

Practical Ideas

 

Meeting together in many ways – to share inner and outer problems and possibilities.

 

·        Hospitation and apprenticeships

·        Day to day integration if there is no possibility for a sub-group.

·        Small groups should meet regularly for quality discussions, i.e. exchange on research questions and general exchange.

·        The collegial exchange (e.g. hosting) is a good tool for self recognition and self judgment and enables inner confidence and as such works as quality control.

·        Knowing one another, Spiritual research, exchange and support

·        Network care – Exchange

·        Netzwerkpflege – Große Austausch

·        A possibility for practicing are ‘self training groups’ and processes. In this way we learn to know other communities.

·        We could work with supervisors. That’s why we have to know who is qualified enough. There are no official supervisors yet. But we want to have them in the future.

·        Outer experience (practice, hosting, reflection and exchange amongst each other) leads to an inner process – security, trust in the process.

·        A larger meeting in a regular rhythm enables the network to be continually enlivened. Breathing of the organism within the organism.  (Core group/ Network) to become noticeable. Communication is important. Where can something be discovered?

·         

·        We could organise spiritual holidays (5 days in each second year) on different places.

·        We can have travelling teachers and travelling students.

·        We could much more work with modules. This way we can learn from people that are specialised in things like management, leaning processes in trainings, destiny learning pure, work with art techniques, spiritual research, …….

·        Idea: Sponsorsystem something known from the NPI

·        Member fee

 

Conclusions

 

 

The destiny learning Qualification (Recognition ) process is needed and wanted. Important words are:

 

competence, the own strengths and weaknesses, quality development, individualising and growth of all, preparing the new community, self assessment, build substance, basic training is needed, practice

 

There are conditions and new ways will have to be found. Words that often appear are:

 

recognition, trust, loyalty, knowing each other from two sides, an ongoing process, a will of intent, social network, being real and open, honesty, apprenticeships, regional working groups, spiritual research, exchange and support, supervisors, spiritual holidays,

 

Probably the qualification will become an ongoing process. It is not just recognition of what one has done but also of the intention of what one will to do. Staying in contact, working together, exchanging experiences, building groups, doing research…. will probably become a central item. This is new. Qualified become these people that also contribute.

 

We will work out a strategy for the qualification process. This process already started the last day of the weekend where we did a kind of a self estimating and recognition process in the group as a test.

A certain amount of people are already willing to work further on enhancing the quality of destiny learning processes and can be recognised as qualified DL- workers.

 

A list will be put out in the internet after more talks have found place.
